Director of Special Services to become the fifth administrator to resign in the last two months…

We want to wish Michele Gardner, BHPS Director of Special Services best of luck in her future endeavors.

Ms. Gardner, who has been with BHPS for 14+ years is the 5th Administrator to resign in the last 2 months (2 Assistant Superintendents, Business Administrator, Principal of MKM).

Among the many accolades for Ms. Gardner in 2020 she was name the NJ Special Education Administrator of the Year along with being honored by the NJCIE (New Jersey Coalition for Inclusive Education) for her “outstanding leadership in inclusive education.”

Ms. Gardner’s departure from this District will leave another gaping hole.

Is anyone starting to notice a trend with resignations?
