The Town Council voted to appoint the Township Administrator to the role of CFO during the 04/16/2024.  Mayor Devanney indicated that the appointment was short term.

During the meeting, Councilman Paul Donnelly indicates that his consent was not sought in adding the appointment of the Township Administrator to the CFO position on the agenda. He also indicated that his requests for a meeting to discuss this were refused. Mayor Devanney and Councilwoman Poage argued that Mr. Donnelly could have called a meeting at anytime.

Mr. Donnelly made a motion to table the decision however he was not able to obtain a second to move the motion forward.

On April 10th, BHCW reported on the unexpected resignation of the Township CFO and allegations made in connection to interference and harassment.
