Help Dr. Foregger, Help Our Schools

I am voting for Dr. Tom Foregger for the Board of Education and encourage others who prioritize addressing real issues within our school system over politics, mudslinging, or catering to special interest groups to do the same.

I value Tom for his integrity, sincerity, intellectual curiosity, honesty, and critical thinking. Beyond that, he’s a light-hearted, kind, and respectful individual. Watching any BOE recording shows how thoughtfully he engages with fellow Board members.

With a Ph.D. in Mathematics, an exceptional memory, and impeccable logic, Tom has identified and helped resolve numerous issues within our school budgets, policies, and procedures, including:

• A more open budget process that involves the community
• A superintendent search that involved stakeholders
• A renewed focus on academic achievement
• An affordable and more stable transportation service
• More competent legal counsel that does not mire the District in lawsuits
• Remote participation- allowing families to speak at meetings when they cannot attend in-person

We’re fortunate to have someone of his caliber volunteering his time and abilities for our community!
