Pam Stanley Slated for Vote as Finance Chair

Following NJ21st’s initial OPRA request for documents previously provided to community members under OPRA, a correspondence was revealed from a BHPS employee—whose name has been redacted—to the Board President and Acting Superintendent, urging action on a matter of concern.

In this correspondence, a teacher alleges that Ms. Stanley willfully violated the Code of Ethics by forwarding their email to multiple district employees. The employee asserts that Ms. Stanley’s actions—specifically, sharing her email exchanges with Mr. Nixon with four BHPS employees who had no relevant involvement—were intended solely to create division within the central office staff.

Recently, the SEC and OAL have found Ms. Stanley guilty of ethics allegations directly related to the use of District funds.

Ms. Stanley continues to show questionable judgement in her actions and disregard for the rules when it suits her. Given this history, Ms. Stanley should not be given a role on the finance committee.
