1. Clear cutting of 200+ trees which in total absorb 10,000+ gal of water/day
2. 725 Mountain Ave rests over 125’ above Springfield Ave/downtown exacerbating flooding for all in between
3. Was recommended to be declined by Environmental Commission
4. No Environmental Study conducted
5. Developer has history of ignoring neighbor concerns
