Tomorrow, the BOE will vote on whether to approve another ~$7,000 to the law firm of Cleary Giacobbe Alfieri Jacobs, LLC; total legal spending between four firms comes to ~$11,000 – based on our review.

The agenda includes other legal costs as mentioned in yesterday’s article . There is a $1500 settlement on an OPRA case and a $44,000 settlement for some other matter that isn’t clear to us.

BHCW will publish the attachments for BOE Meetings in a searchable format from this meeting forward. 

For whatever reason (I’m sure you can guess why), Attachments are published in a manner that does not allow one to search for information, which makes things very difficult to track. 

We had to use a conversion tool, so double-check anything you are searching against the original attachments. 

Also, be mindful that if the packets are different, the District is notorious for last-minute changes.
