What’s Important to Know About Berkeley Heights This Week…

This week’s newsletter includes an interview with both BOE Candidates on Nightwatch, along with two articles from a Town Council Candidate. Shauna provided us with an update and commentary on the 11/02/2023 BOE Meeting on Board goals, and we have endorsements from nine different residents – including John Sincaglia’s endorsement of BOE Candidates Natasha Joly and Sai Bhargavi Akiri.

Every candidate running for office has worked hard to get their message out, and BHCW was proud to play a small role in this effort. As members of a free and privileged society, we have a responsibility and obligation to become informed, get to the polls, and vote.

Local Elections have a more significant impact on your day-to-day life than any other.  This year, you can elect two new Council Members and two new Board of Education Members.

Please do the responsible thing and take the time to exercise a freedom that many in the world still do not have.

Early voting will continue through Sunday evening at New Providence:

DeCorso Center, 15 East Fourth Street, New Providence, NJ, from 10 am-6 pm.

Voting will resume again on November 7th at your local polling station.
