The Executive session of the BOE, which was supposed to last 1 hour ended up being closer to 2.5 hours.

Several residents who watched the meeting noted the amount of time Student Representatives waited for an hour and a half as the BOE met for an executive session to end.

There is not much to report on this meeting as the pubic session ran just about an hour long.

The Board moved through business, discussing key resolutions.

The Athletics Chair noted that the press box is fully installed and ready to use!

The BHPAL was thanked for their generous donation of a scoreboard for the CMS gym.

Retiree, Donna Bokach, was recognized for her excellence in teaching and dedication to CMS for many years.

Outgoing CMS Principal, Paul Kobliska, was also given honorable mention as we bid farewell to another Principal.

The Finance and Facilities Chair discussed upcoming details surrounding the sale of our bonds, highlighting that if the market is suboptimal, that the Board can decide to delay the sale.

Two Board members (Joly & Dillon) abstained and one voted “no” (Foregger) on a resolution to adopt a HIB finding.
